1 room studio of 19m² in Maastricht

I’m looking for someone to take over my student studio starting January or February. The contract runs until July, with the possibility of extension. The studio includes a private bathroom and kitchen and costs €720/month all-inclusive. A €1000 security deposit is required. I will leave most of the furniture for free. Location: • 15 minutes by bike from Maastricht city center, right by the Dutch border • 13 minutes by bus, with regular connections • 2 minutes by bike to Lidl, Kruidvat, and several restaurants The building has a garden, a common room, and laundry facilities. It’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood, amazing for students!
