The studio has its own bathroom/kitchen (incl. dishwasher!)/toilet and has a separate bedroom. It is about 10 minutes by bike to the center and Zuilen station is within walking distance. Furthermore, you share the front door with 2 roommates. This gives you all the advantages of your own house, but you can also look for cosiness every now and then :) The rent is €975 including gas/water/electricity, internet and waste tax.
