It has a shower, sink, toilet, cleaning equipment, and a washing machine. There is a nice large garden with a view of the fields, for common use. Outside, you will find the peace and beauty of the countryside. The studio is located in Krijtstraat in Vroenhoven. The distance to Maastricht city center is 4 Km and it is 10 minutes by bike. There is also a bus connection a few meters from the house which runs to Maastricht.
