As of , this room at Zwarteweg 3A will be available. Location The room is located on the edge of the center of Groningen and is a short walk from the city center of Groningen. Here you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and gyms. The ring road and other major roads are quickly and easily accessible. Layout The room has a living area of approximately 16 m² and has its own kitchen unit. In addition, the bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other housemates. And there is a small balcony, where you can enjoy the sun in the summer. Rental price The rent for the room is €540 per month, including an advance payment of €15 for water. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to respond to everyone. We usually invite about 5 candidates for a viewing.
