De Plesman Residences are easily accessible by car and public transport, connecting you to the beach, city centre and the highway in less than 15 minutes. The rental price is seasonal and depending on the total rental period (the longer you rent, the more favorable the rental price!) and therefore subject to change. We like to inform you about the actual rental prices. The indicated rental price is for a duration between 4-6 months.
