Nice and furnished room with shared kitchen, toilet and shower. Ideally situated in the beautiful and safe neighbourhood of Kralingen (eastern side of Rotterdam). Lay out: The room is based in the semi basement of a large house. The house has two rooms on this floor. The shower and toilet are shared with 2 other decent tenants. There is a large kitchen in the basement, to be shared with the rest of the house. The room and shared facilities are being cleaned by the cleaning lady weekly. Please note that this is a basement room with a lower ceiling height than our other accommodations. There is a washing machine and dryer for shared use (paid, with a coin machine). Location: Rotterdam-Kralingen is one of the most convenient and popular neighbourhoods of Rotterdam. Our accommodations are easily accessible and within a short walking distance of the Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), the Kralingse Park and public transport (tram, underground/metro Voorschoterlaan).
