Both bedrooms for one person (because the entrance to bedroom 4 is via bedroom 3). Bedroom 3 is on the first floor and bedroom 4 is on the second floor (attic). The price 960 Eur is for both bedrooms. 960 Eur is excluding utilities (utilities is 1/3 of house utilities - that is about 80 Eur / months). Let me know, why you would need 2 rooms. Maybe attic room is for work as you need large tables? Very good location.
