1-slaapkamer appartement van 75 m² in Delft

We are subletting our nice house in Delft Tanthof from the 23rd of October 2025 until the 12th of November 2025. We would love to find a responsible and calm person to stay at our house. The house is fully furnished, 75m2 big and with a beautiful garden. It's next to a small cute park and a big nature area where you can do nice hikes. The house is on 2 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The rent will be 800 Euros (exclusive: w/g/e/ internet) plus a 200 Euro deposit (refunded at the end). The utility costs are 150€ extra. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood closeby TU Delft Campus (5 to 10 minute bike ride) . You'll be living in a court where you're surrounded by people that rely on each other.
