This ground floor apartment which comes with an unfurnished interior has been renovated during late 2016/early 2017 with the bathroom being renovated in 2023. In addition, there is an enclosed garden to enjoy plenty of daylight. The layout could suit either a single occupant, couple or even a small family as a very comfortable home! Flat sharing with two individuals is not possible. Passing through the front door, a central hallway connects to all of the rooms. Directly to the left is a master bedroom with enough space for a decent sized bed, wardrobe closet and more. Straight ahead through the hallway is the second bedroom. Smaller, but ideal as a multifunctional room. Opposite this bedroom is a separate toilet. Next up is the bathroom with its distinctive floor and wall tiling. Parking a car here is no problem at all and usually there are plenty of spots available. Around the corner, there is a bus stop for three different lines. Tram lines stop at the nearby Mercatorplein which is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. Also, the Rembrandtpark (similar in size as the Vondelpark) is within walking distance. When heading to the city centre, it would not take more than 10 minutes by bike being the easiest way to get around.
