The street is pedestrian-only (no cars) and connects to a calm one-way street, offering peaceful living in one of Amsterdam's most vibrant and well-known areas. Just around the corner, you’ll find Javastraat and Javaplein — full of great cafés, restaurants, and local shops — and Flevopark is only a short walk away. So while you’re surrounded by the lively atmosphere of Amsterdam Oost, your home itself remains wonderfully quiet. The apartment is very efficient in layout: the bedroom and bathroom are compact, which makes the living room feel bright and spacious. It’s fully furnished and ready to move in — including internet, gas, electricity, and water. The rent shown is excluding utilities; you can expect approximately €250 per month for all additional costs. Only one registration is possible, so the apartment is ideal for someone living alone.
