Hi, we’re Viola and Aileen, both Indonesian girls who currently are looking for a a new housemate (m/f/x - internationals welcome)! Our place is 3-room apartment located in a vibrant neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities in Nieuwe Binnenweg. Location-wise, it’s very strategic as it’s literally in front of the Mathenesserlaan tram station, 5 minutes walk to metro Dijkzigt, 15 mins walk to Rotterdam Centraal, very close to Erasmus MC. The available room is fully furnished with a size of 8 m². The bathroom, kitchen and dining room, and living room are shared with us, including things that are there such as washing machine + dryer, TV + stereo audio, vacuum cleaner, fridge + freezer, huge sofa, and others. It’s very well-equipped, so you can easily move in without having to worry! We also have a huge balcony (40 m²) and the total size of the unit to be around 100 m². The energy level is A. The rent is EUR 750 (incl. g/w/e) per month with deposit of 1 month rent. It is already available as of October 2025 and can be rented indefinitely. The minimum rental period is 3 month. We are flexible about the viewing, you can do physical or online viewing with us. We don’t have specific preferences for housemate.
