The house includes: A large living room with access to a terrace by the water, perfect for coffee, BBQ, reading, or relaxing. A second terrace with direct access to the Water, A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, etc.). A modern bathroom and a separate toilet.
