The price of rent is 1,050 euros which includes registration, W/E/Internet plus there is a cleaner who comes to clean every week. In addition, our in house robot cleaner Humberto is there to serve your immediate needs 😊😊. The kitchen is fitted with a dish washer and all necessary amenities. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. I require a deposit equal to one months rent. The room will be furnished a Queen sized bed and a wardrobe for your comfort. The apartment is very luxurious, stylish and modern so I expect that the prospective tenant should be clean and tidy.
