The house is located near Vaartscherijn Station (very good location) and there are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Hope to see you soon! The house is fully equiped. just 1 person. This room will fit you if you like camping, you have to cross the garden to reach it. LOCATION • The location of my house is ideal if you would like to access the city centre quickly but also to catch the train. • Also, there is a swimming pool nearby. • There is a supermarket, a lot a bars cafes and restaurants nearby • The closest train/ bus stop Utrecht Vaartscherijn and is a 3-minute walk away. AVAILABILITY • 850,- month • Price is all inclusive (no extra charge for water, gas, electricity, wifi, garbage, municipality taxes). Whe n we all go over the 200,- pm all have to pay extra. Means 1-2 washes pw. and not letting on the heather just in the evening from in winter time. Heather is ver expensive! • A security deposit of 1 month/ the room is for 1 person!
