Hello dear people! I am subletting my room in Nieuw West. The apartment is on two floors and well maintained. 5 rooms in total share 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a large well-lit common area/kitchen. The room in question will be given furnished with none of my personal belongings inside so that you can make it your own place. Period: February - June including (flexible move in) Rent: 700€ including all utilities After the sublet expires you can make a regular arrangement with the owner of the house.
