Next summer, rooms will become available in our house on the Tramstraat. The station, the center, stratumseind, a supermarket and the TU/e are all within walking distance! A year ago the house was thoroughly renovated, it is fully equipped with its own bar, beamer with PlayStation and Chromecast, beer fridge and light and sound system. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a good kitchen, bathroom (2 showers), toilets (2x) and a bowl. We can also enjoy ourselves in the summer on the roof terrace, in the spacious south-facing garden and in the new patio. In short, everything a student could wish for. We live here with nine boys, we eat, study, play sports and party together every day. The rooms that become available are all 16m2 or larger, and cost between 330 and 370 euros, have a laminate floor and their own sink. This includes G/W/L and other (service) costs. What are we looking for? We are looking for a male student who will start his studies next year or is in the early stages of his education.
