1 room of 37m² in Utrecht

From June 15th, a one-person room (+-37m2, not officially measured) will be available in the attic of our house in a nicely located area. The rent is approximately €664,- but may be slightly increased by the landlord. The Julianapark is only a 5-minute walk and the Albert Heijn, Hema and Kruidvat are also a walking distance away. You’ll be living in a house with 5 people (Pia, Fanny, Joy, Emma and on other person who still has to be chosen). We are all between 22 and 29. We like to hang out together, but there is also plenty of space to do your own thing. You will share the shower and toilet with the others. You may use the shared kitchen if you like, but there is also a possibility to construct your own cooking area in the attic. Costs for electricity, gas Wifi and the washing machine (a total of €111,-) are not included in the rent. Some furniture, curtains and an electrical stove can be taken over for a reasonable price. We are looking for a nice person who fits in our house and is preferably a Master-student, finishing up their Bachelor’s or working.
