Hey there! :) I am looking for a new tenant in a student house! The house comes with a cozy living room, a shared kitchen, one bathroom, one extra toilet, a shed, and a large backyard (which is shared with the student house next door). You would be sharing the house with 3 other people (2 girls, 1 boy) - 2 students at the AKI and one working :) The room is very spacious and located in the attic. There is a deposit of 400€, and the room comes furnished. I would like to sell the furniture (bed & mattress, bedside table, desk, desk chair, cabinet, closet, extra table) for 400 (as I brought it over from the previous housemate). My roommates are all very creative, and open-minded - all nationalities welcome! An in-person viewing is possible the 20.04.-23.04, otherwise online viewings can be arranged!
