About the house: A nice, cozy student house in a great location in Twekkelerveld, Enschede. Quiet neighborhood around 5/10 minutes bike ride from University of Twente campus, 10/15 minutes from Saxion University. Short distance from supermarkets and parks, with multiple gyms nearby. We also have a spacious backyard with plenty of storage space for bikes & eating outside/BBQ's when the weather is nice! We are Gelaarsde Schaap! "Sheep in Boots" in Dutch - named after our mascot! We are an international student house with two girls one guy, one Dutch, one Hungarian and one Italian, all bachelor students at the University of Twente (guys and girls welcome) :). This means that English is the spoken language in the house, at the moment. We are a casual house, so no formal schedule for socializing. However, we also enjoy having dinner together and doing activities together every once in a while. About the room: Around 17m^2, window facing garden/backyard (not streetside) Base rent is €160 (may be increased slightly with a new contract) + €110 for the gas/water/electricity surcharge. Internet is also included. NOTE: Searching for someone will to purchase room furniture (bed + wardrobe + desk + mini fridge) for €200 (for everything).
