It is fully furnished, room has comfortable bed can be double bed when it is extended, dark curtains, wardrobe, office desk (height adjustable) and office chair, book shelve. Kitchen has all equipment's included. You have all you need to live in the house. You only need to bring your cloths and personal staff. Quite location and house to sleep as we are keeping quite between 10 pm and 7am. This is very important for us. Price is all inclusive: electric + gas + water + fiber glass fast wireless internet + local taxes + using washing machine. Quite and clean place to live.
