You will share the fully furnished living room with washing machine, the kitchen with dishwasher, the bathroom, and the toilet with three other housemates. Municipal registration is mandatory, and the security deposit equals two months’ rent. The room is only available to candidates with a valid student status, for a maximum rental period of two years. The monthly rent is excluding gas, electricity, internet, and local taxes.
