No pets, no smocking inside please, no extra guests not declared. Apartment with - a lightful +30m2 living room, open kitchen plan, view on a canal, - one main large bedroom with wardrobe - one smaller second room with a convertible sofa, work desk and wardrobe - large bathroom with a walk-in shower - separate toilets - shared outside picnic table with the building owners. - Christmas tree on! - No smoking inside/partying/pets allowed.
