1 room of 18m² in Utrecht

Hey there, I have a room available from 16th onward. The room is clean and upholstered. Registration is possible, viewings can be done pyhsically or through video-call. Price includes g/w/e, and internet access. I would like to start renting it near the end of August for 5 or 6 months, up to a year if it goes well. Rest of the house is completely new too, and I would like to keep it as is. All kitchen tools are available (fridge, microwave, oven etc). TV, couch, and dining table are available in the living room. We are looking for somebody clean, assertive, and responsible. Are you interested? Please do tell about yourself, and how you fit in (examples: period of rent, uni/work, addictions, hobbies, pets, food, past-experiences, smoking, weekday schedule, and anything you want to tell) The pictures are from yesteryear, and it looks much cozier already :) There is a super sweet dog from time to time, and I do petsitting every now and then. I do read every message I receive, however I am expecting a large interest again, and can only select a handful to invite for a viewing. The viewings will be from 16 August onwards.
