1 room of 12m² in Enschede

A 12 square meter room in a student house is available. The room come furnished with a table, a chair, a bed and a closet. The bathroom, kitchen and shower are shared among 4 others people. You will have your own cupboard space. There are 2 fridges to store a lot of food. The house has a backyard that you can park you bike in. The rent is all inclusive like water, gas, electric, etc. Registration is possible. The house is incredibly close to the center and the station about 3 to 5 minutes biking and 10 minute walking. To get to Saxion University is only about 5 minutes by bike. The housemate are all students who study bachelor and master in UT, Saxion. They are all friendly and clean people.
