On the ground floor, the apartment has a spacious and bright combined dining and living room and a decked-out kitchen (with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all appliances and utensils needed) as well as a small, shared balcony. Besides, there is a big bathroom with 2 sinks, a jacuzzi bathtub, a shower, and a washing machine & dryer and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, right opposite of a supermarket and only a few minutes from shopping area De Bogaard with various shops. It's a quiet neighborhood close to parks, with free parking right in our street. 6 km (~20min by bike) to Delft City Center and The Hague, 8km (~25 min by bike) to TU Delft and a 5-min ride/15-minute walk to Rijswijk train station with connection to the Sprinter towards The Hague/Dordrecht.
