1 room of 30m² in Groningen

We are Nico and Myrthe and we're looking for a roommate starting February 1st! The room is located on the first floor of the house, along with the shared toilet and kitchen. It is big and cozy, with a big window on the street and a window that gives access to a small balcony on the back. The rental would start February 1st with a two-year contract. This is only possible for students at RUG/Hanze (no PhD) who are not yet registered as residents in Groningen (these are both hard requirements).
