1 room of 19m² in Ede

Hello room-seekers! A new room will become available in our cozy house in Hoefweg , from 19 of March! You are going to live with 3 master students and a PhD from WUR! We are a Portuguese, Italian, American and Moldovan house and we like to spend time together and we also enjoy our spaces. The room is approximately 19 m² and come unfurnished (but our roomate wants to sell her furniture such as bed, matress, desk, etc. if anyone is interested) and costs 428,69 €/pm. There’s a toilet and a toilet with shower to be shared among the 5 of us. We also have a laundry room, storage room and large balcony where to enjoy the sunny days! From our house it is about a 20-minute bike ride to the WUR and the Bongerd, a 1-minute walk to the CHE, a 5-minute bike ride to the supermarket and a 15-minute walk to Ede-Wageningen station. This is a Idealis building, so you need to be full time student or PhD for being eligible.
