1 room of 14m² in Enschede

!Per the first of May a 14m2 room will be free in our lovely house! The house is close to the centre, a 20 minute bike ride away from UT, and 5 minutes biking from AKI, ArtEZ and Saxion. We have a big gorgeous garden amazing for warm summer days, a shared living room, bathroom (with bathtub), a spacious kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer!) You'll be sharing the room with another roommates from the UT. the rent is 423€ We're looking for someone who can live self sufficiently and clean, there are no communal dinner times or other obligations, so feel free to build your own rythm. Of course we can always make time to do something fun! We're looking for a new housemate preferably 22+ From the previous room resident, you can also take over a fold out desk, another small desk in the study nook, an office chair, and a self built window bench.
