1 room of 140m² in Utrecht

Hello! We are looking for a roommate for this beautiful apartment by the city center. The fully furnished room pictured here is available in July with some slight flexibility on move in date. We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful and wants to share this house with us. The two current roommate are Dustin, a biologist from California (36), and Karl working in a corporate graduate program, from the Netherlands (28). As for roommate stuff we generally are generally pretty friendly. (Queer friendly!) Mature and open communication is important as is being able to clean up after yourself and contribute to house cleaning. Ideally we are looking for a young professional or ~ PhD student. A minimum stay of 6 months is desired but negotiable, we do not have any required end date. The house has plenty of space and we frequently work from home in the bright dining room and cook in the large kitchen. Being courteous with common spaces is a must due to this. We also frequently watch shows or movies together in the evenings as well in the cozy living room. The room itself has a window to the skylight, a TV, a LOT of built in storage and comes fully furnished. Utilities are included and the house is fully equipped. The apartment is located on Lauwerecht very near the city center and Central Station in Utrecht. There is a bike storage shed available. We also have a parking spot.
