1 room of 6m² in Enschede

I will be subletting my room in the center of Enschede from 1st of May. Current contract is until 31st of July but can be further extended with landlord (rent might change after 31st of July). Room is in shared apartment with three other students. Rent is 450 € (incl. utilities). Deposit is 1 month's rent.
