1 room apartment of 40m² in Amsterdam

Hello! I am moving out of my apartment in Amsterdam-Noord and looking for someone to replace me on the lease and takeover the room. It's a gorgeous and very spacious apartment in a convenient neighborhood. 10 minute bike to the ferry and also right by the Noord metro stop. Right next to Noorderpark and a shopping center. There is one roommate, a female student, so ideally looking for another young woman. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer, a balcony, a large kitchen, and a large living room with a TV. The bedroom is furnished and has a large bed, desk, and large closets with plenty of storage space. The room is available to move in from August 1st, but I cannot officially add you to the contract until September 1st.
