Due to a trip through Europe with my camper van, I am looking for a subtenant for my (new) studio located 5 minutes by bike from the center, university and the station as of July 1, 2025. The rental period is flexible and in consultation, up to a maximum of one year. Features:- 40 m2 living space, private kitchen, shower, toilet, separate sleeping area- The entrance is shared with 5 other apartments/studios. All working people live in the building; Students and parties are not allowed!- I leave the larger furniture, such as the sofa, cupboards, table, chairs, bed and can be used- I am looking for 1 quiet/neat person, 25+ and working.
