Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate! I just moved in to a great apartment in Centrum-Oost, 2 tram stops from Amsterdam Central Station at the IJ river. The bedroom on the pictures is all yours! Including a brand new PAX closet from IKEA. The rest of the apartment we will share, the whole apartment is massive with 102 m2. I just put in brand new flooring and painted all walls and ceilings. Amenities include AC, floor heating, a bath, 2 sinks, separate shower, outside area (your bedroom has double doors to this seating area), dishwasher, oven and more! Rent is €1500 per month including utilities, other costs and use of all furniture. Also covering rent increase for this July so first increase will be July 2027.
