The building has a great location, near many grocery stores, right next to the city center and only 10min away by bike from most university buildings. The rent also includes access to the gym, 7 free washing and drying cycles per month, and a Swapfiets subscription. The building is very student-friendly, with plenty of common areas for studying or hanging out, plus regular organized events. The contract is for university students only and would be fully transferred to your name. It runs until 31 August, with the option to renew. Registration is possible.
