Lay out: The room is based in the semi basement of a large house. The house has two rooms on this floor. The kitchen is shared with 1 other decent tenant. The bathroom with 3 others. The room and shared facilities are being cleaned by the cleaning lady weekly. Please note that this is a basement room with a lower ceiling height than our other accommodations. There is a washing machine and dryer for shared use (paid, with a coin machine). Location: Rotterdam-Kralingen is one of the most convenient and popular neighbourhoods of Rotterdam. Our accommodations are easily accessible and within a short walking distance of the Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), the Kralingse Park and public transport (tram, underground/metro Voorschoterlaan).
