There is a kitchenette on the same floor, to be shared with 5 other tenants. And there is a large kitchen in the basement, to be shared with the rest of the house. The room and shared facilities are being cleaned by the cleaning lady weekly. There is a washing machine and dryer for shared use (paid, with a coin machine).
