The type A apartment is a fully furnished studio that is located in the building of StuNest Spartaan. This apartment has a private bathroom and a kitchen. The studio comes with the following items such as a sofa, box spring (cm), dining table including two chairs, curtains, coffee table, wardrobe, cabinet and a standing lamp. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette with refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and an extractor hood. Lightning is also provided in the apartment. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror and a shower. Lastly, this apartment comes with a mandatory parking spot.

StuNest Spartaan is conveniently located, right next to the metro stop Jan van Galenstraat and the A10 (s105) freeway. From here, you can reach station Sloterdijk, Schiphol, the university or the Zuid As in no time. There is also a tram- and bus stop in front of the building. Plein 40-45 and Mercatorplein are also nearby where you can find plenty of shops and supermarkets!

Transparent service costs
Each tenant pays service costs in advance on a monthly basis. After each calendar year, we will prepare a service cost settlement based on the actual cost incurred and your monthly advances. The service costs consist of different components and services which will be reflected in your annual statement. Each year, you will receive your service costs settlement for the last year before the 1st of July in the next year.
Included in the service costs are water, electricity, heating, cable TV, and cable internet. You will become part of the StuNest Spartaan community. You have access to the co-work, laundry area, the rooftop terrace and the two indoor bicycle storages. All tenants are always invited to our social drinks or maybe we see you at one of our sports- or social events. Join one of the events there!
Furthermore, next to the assistance of the house management (community manager), we take care of the heating, electricity, water, TV/internet (signal supply), furnishing (common areas and individual apartment), painting, cleaning, and glass washing of the communal areas so that our tenants can make optimal use of them. Moreover, the apartments are delivered with fire-safe curtains. You can use the parcel delivery to have your ordered packages delivered should you not be at home and a service plan is included (concerning minor repairs). In terms of security, we ensure that there are fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations & security cameras in/around the general areas. In addition, the ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, we take care of greenery ., roof garden, and pest control if required. Finally, the non-residential service costs, include events/activities organized by StuNest Spartaan, such as community drinks, organized sports activities, or creative workshops.
