1 room of 13m² in Rotterdam

Hi girls, I’m looking for a girl, preferably a student, to take over my room in three-bedroom apartment in Kranlinger Crooswijk. It’s very light and specious. The apartment has a big shared living room, kitchen and a bathroom. You will be living with two great girls :) The monthly rent is 860€, the deposit 1700€. I would love to leave my furniture, maybe by just a symbolic price of 100€. It is available from July onwards for 12 months.
