Hi all A cozy and furnished room near Erasmus University is available for female students. The apartment has an ideal location since it is near the university and public transport: 5 minutes walking to Erasmus University, 4 minutes walking to the supermarket and public transport. There are three trams (nr. 21, 24, 7) right around the corner that will bring you to the city center or central station. Lastly, it is only 10 minutes biking to Blaak/city center. In short: - Supermarket, universities and 3 trams are all within 5 minutes walking - Living/kitchen room (incl. Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, oven), bathroom (incl. wash machine), toilet will be shared - Access to balcony (incl. table & chairs) - Non-smoking apartment - No parties allowed - Quiet, clean and cozy environment - The room is furnished with bed, desk, chair, closet, and other shared kitchen accessories - Rent is incl. gas/water/electricity/internet - Occupation per room: 1 person - Two months deposit required The apartment is shared with two female housemates. I am looking for a responsible/neat person that will treat the apartment well so everyone can live comfortably.
