1 room of 21m² in Amsterdam

I'm leaving my room the 18th of March and I'm looking for a new roommate to take me over. The apartment counts with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. We are looking for someone who is working and between 24-32. Any questions, feel free to ask.
