The house is offered furnished and upholstered. Total living area is over 148 m2. House is located on a car-free courtyard and at the front a veranda where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Ground floor with underfloor heating, other floors are heated by radiators. Heating and hot water, both by district heating. House equipped with a total of 9 PV panels. In total there are 4 bedrooms and 1 study on the first and second floor. A 5th bedroom and the attic are not available due to storage of our own belongings. Layout: Entrance to hall with toilet. Living room with open kitchen. Kitchen has a large cooking island and the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and extractor hood. The floor is fitted with PVC.
