Amsterdam Central Station is just a 10-minute walk away. 🏡 A peaceful home The apartment is spacious and bright, filled with natural light, and designed as a calm place to come home to after a busy day in the city. For us, this home is a sanctuary — a place to slow down, rest, and recharge. The apartment is shared with a small family: a hardworking mother and a kind, calm 14-year-old child, creating a warm and respectful family environment. We are therefore looking for a quiet, responsible person who works or studies and values a peaceful way of living. 🛏️ The room & what’s included The room is fully furnished with basic furniture (a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe) and is rented all-inclusive, including internet, electricity, gas, water, and local taxes. 📝 Registration is possible. 💰 Rent: €1,030 per month (all bills included). 🔐 Security deposit: one month’s rent. 🚫 This home is not suitable for – working from home – pets – couples – frequent visitors 🚭 Smoking is not allowed. 📩 Interested?
