Hi! I have recently moved in with my boyfriend, so now I am looking for a female tenant to replace me, registration is possible. The apartment is located 3 mins away from Amsterdam Centraal. It is a 2-bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom comes unfurnished, while the shared facilities have everything necessary – washing machine, dishwasher, couch, etc. The apartment is to be shared with Emma – 3rd-year student at UvA. The room is available immediately, providing that you have good guarantors (landlord's requirement).
