1 room of 70m² in Leeuwarden

Hi there, I'm Daniel, 27yo, Italian and I'm renting out a room where I currently live. The room, and ofc the house, are available for viewing anytime, based on previous scheduling. It's a lovely and calm neighbourhood, there's a park near by, very close to NHL too. City center is 5 minutes biking, Central station 10 minutes. I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, reliable and easy going. Most of the time I'm out during weekends or during the week because of travelling or because I'm at my GF's house.
