Bright bedroom overlooking a square and canal close to the heart of Amsterdam. In addition to the bedroom ( 11 sq meters), you will have a private bathroom attached and your own toilet in the hall. The shared living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen. The entire apartment comes furnished (inventory cost applies). We are looking for a housemate who views home as a calm, relaxed sanctuary. My current housemate works from home about half the week, they have their desk in the shared upstairs area, so a quiet and considerate environment is essential. While having a friend over is perfectly fine, we prefer a household where guests aren't a daily occurrence. House is located 5 minutes cycle from Centraal Station. Located close to the center of Amsterdam near Artis Zoo, Hortus Botanicus, and Waterlooplein; steps away from the park, bakeries, and cafes. Move in date is June 1. Strict Requirements: Non smoking No pets No couples Gross monthly income requirement, at least 3x monthly rent, proof will be required. Process: Initial viewing followed by a meeting with the current housemate. Rent and Utilities cost includes, gas, electricity, water, and internet. Inventory cost covers the room's furnishings (bed, closet, shelves) as well as shared items in the living room and kitchen (dining table, couch, TV, plates, pans, etc.)
