1 room of 20m² in Eindhoven

Disclaimer: you may have noticed a similar add, this is a different room in the same house available from a later date. A room has become available in our house after my housemate recently moved out. You will have your own private room and share the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet with one other person (me, for now). The house is well maintained and comfortable for daily living. The room is fully furnished as well as the kitchen (kitchen equipment included). The neighborhood is really beautiful - lake and a park just behind the house - and very comfortable to live in. About me: I’m a TU/e student fine with sharing food and obviously house chores. I value a clean and respectful living environment.
