The apartment is located in the lively Coolhaven district, with trams to the city center just a short walk away. The A13 and A16 motorways are also easily accessible. You'll share the apartment with one other student. You'll share the bright living room at the rear of the building and the modern open-plan kitchen with an induction cooktop, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The fully tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower and a sink with a mirror. There's a separate toilet. The bathroom has a washing machine connection, but there is no washing machine. The room itself is delivered unfurnished and is suitable for one student. Remark: Renting a parking space is possible for an additional fee.
